Monthly memberships must be paid via our automatic payment system using a credit/debit card or bank account. We do not accept monthly cash payments.
PAY IN FULL (PIF) Memberships are available at 1, 3, 6 and 12 month increments. Payment is due at time of enrollment.

- $25 Activation Fee (nonrefundable) per key fob is paid at time of enrollment in any membership plan.
Are you a Silver Sneakers or Renew Active member (65+ age group)? Your membership is FREE once you pay the $25 key fob activation fee.
Some insurance plans have a fitness reimbursement benefit: $20 per individual, up to $40 per family (must log 12 workouts a month for benefit). Check with your particular plan for confirmation of the fitness benefit as not all plans have this option.
